Wisconsin state agencies failed to protect personal identification numbers by inadvertently releasing social security numbers several times. We need to take steps to protect against identity theft. Additionally, consumer protections should enable families to have privacy in their own home.

Expand No-Call List to cellphones (2007 Senate Bill 99): Update Wisconsin’s No Call list to include cellular telephones in state’s nonsolicitation directory.
